I am told that the common Raffle Ticket is $1.00, but a $3.00 ticket gaurantees a package for entry alone.
While any raffle ticket purchase can grant you a chance to win the top prize for a particular event,
a $3.00 ticket automatically enters you in a bonus raffle that can include additional music and promotional prizes pertaining to the developers and sponsors of the raffle.
